Dry-Aged Dubstep: Lost Lands 2025 to Feature First-Ever Pop-Up Steakhouse

Lost Lands Festival 2025 is about to change the game for festival dining. The prehistoric-themed event, founded by dubstep superstar Excision, is introducing Chomp Steakhouse, a full-service pop-up restaurant offering everything from premium beef cuts to luxury seafood.

An Elevated Dining Experience

For years, Lost Lands attendees have fueled their weekend with nachos, chicken tenders, and festival staples. Now, fans can indulge in an “elevated dining experience” overlooking the iconic Wompy Woods stage.

Chomp Steakhouse will run during festival hours from Friday, September 19th through Sunday, September 21st, operating daily between 2 p.m. and midnight.

The restaurant follows a walk-up, pay-first model with no reservations. Dining sessions are limited to 60 minutes, and alcohol must be purchased separately from the in-restaurant bar.

The Menu: From A5 Wagyu to Seafood Towers

The menu highlights premium steaks and fresh seafood:

  • A5 Wagyu steak – $120 (6oz portion)
  • Dry-aged ribeye – $85 (10oz)
  • Filet mignon – $25 (6oz)
  • Grilled herb salmon – $29
  • Seafood tower – $65 (king crab, jumbo shrimp, oysters, accompaniments)

Sides include indulgent options like:

  • Lobster twice-baked potato
  • Cheesy whipped potatoes
  • Herbed truffle fries
  • Grilled asparagus
  • Mesquite-charred tomatoes

Guests can also enhance their meals with premium add-ons, including caviar, shaved Urbani truffles, and fresh crabmeat.

For vegetarians, a chef’s tasting platter offers a curated experience, while dessert lovers can end on a sweet note with tiramisu ($12).

What’s New at Lost Lands 2025

Beyond its culinary upgrade, Lost Lands 2025 is introducing several festival enhancements:

  • “Dino Divas” Camping Area: A new, female-only camping section designed for comfort and community.
  • Stage Production Updates: Fresh designs at both the Prehistoric and Wompy Woods stages.
  • Full Pyrotechnics Return: After last year’s fire restrictions forced reliance on drone shows, organizers are restoring the full arsenal of pyrotechnics.
