Belgian DJ and producer Severens is building his path in the electronic music scene through energetic performances, international releases, and a passion for creating genuine emotion on the dance floor.
His journey began at 16, attending dubstep and drum & bass parties before eventually moving toward deep house and tech house. Today, he combines DJing with his own productions, developing a sound that reflects both his influences and personal evolution.
Severens has released music through national and international labels, including labels from South Africa and Brazil, while performing in Belgium, Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands. He has also delivered DJ sets for Radio NRJ, Qmusic, and Topradio.
His latest release captures the feeling of late-night drives, favorite songs, and unforgettable moments with friends and family. Created during a spontaneous 2 a.m. studio session with his friend Michael after returning from a party, the track explores a deeper direction than his previous productions.
Collaboration and international connections remain important to Severens, including his work with Cafe de Anatolia, which brings artists and audiences together across the world.
With more projects currently receiving their finishing touches and several events planned in Belgium, Severens is focused on continuing his journey internationally.
His advice to upcoming artists is simple: “Keep going and never give up. It’s you vs. you.”
