German electronic pioneers Kraftwerk will embark on a 25-city North American tour next spring, celebrating the 50th anniversary of their groundbreaking album Autobahn. The Multimedia Tour kicks off on March 6 in Philadelphia, PA, and wraps up on April 24 in Dallas, TX, featuring performances at Coachella 2025.
Tickets go on sale December 13. The tour marks a tribute to Autobahn, a landmark album in electronic music history, and recalls Kraftwerk’s first U.S. tour in 1975. Original member Ralf Hütter will lead the group, continuing Kraftwerk’s legacy after co-founder Florian Schneider’s passing in 2020.
Ahead of the tour, Kraftwerk teased the announcement with a video featuring Tony Hawk and friends performing skate tricks in the band’s signature attire: crisp shirts and ties. Earlier this year, Kraftwerk celebrated Autobahn with a nine-night residency at Los Angeles’ Walt Disney Concert Hall. The album spent 22 weeks on the Billboard 200 in 1975, with its lead single peaking at No. 25 on the Hot 100.
Kraftwerk, inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2021, will also perform in June at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes, U.K.
