Keto van Harum: Orchestrating Emotions on the Dancefloor with ‘Fire from Above’

Keto van Harum

Classically trained yet future-facing, Keto van Harum is not your average DJ. The Romanian-born artist is making waves with his latest release, ‘Fire from Above’, an Afro and melodic house track infused with Arabic and oriental motifs — and his debut collaboration with the globally respected label Cafe De Anatolia.

With roots in choral conducting and piano, Keto brings a rare musicality to electronic music. His background in classical performance fuels his ability to craft sets and productions that aren’t just rhythmically tight — they’re emotionally immersive.

“I want each track to feel like a journey,” he says. “Not just something to dance to, but something that moves you on a deeper level.”

That intention is fully realized in Fire from Above. Built on a foundation of hypnotic Afro house grooves, the track weaves in Middle Eastern melodies and textures that transport the listener into an ethereal desert dreamscape. It’s a spiritual trip for the dancefloor — powerful, cinematic, and deeply connective.

“It’s about unity,” Keto explains. “I wanted to merge Afro energy with Arabic soul — to create something that feels ancient and futuristic at once.”

The track marks the beginning of Keto’s creative partnership with Cafe De Anatolia, a label known for its dedication to organic, tribal, and culturally rich house music. Their shared vision makes the collaboration feel inevitable — and powerful.

Beyond his productions, Keto van Harum is a rising name on the global stage. With two international radio shows (From Paris with Love and Chasing the Sound), festival appearances across Europe, and his Sound Sculpture YouTube series, Keto is connecting with audiences worldwide through his refined and soulful sound.

And there’s more on the horizon. Following Fire from Above, Keto is preparing a new release titled Resurrection — another track with Cafe De Anatolia that promises even deeper fusion of traditional sounds with cutting-edge house production. He’s also gearing up for performances in Chișinău and Lanzarote, with a European tour in the works.

For Keto van Harum, this is just the beginning. He’s not just playing tracks — he’s composing stories. And with every set and release, he’s reshaping how house music can sound, feel, and connect.
