Alex Malagoli
From Club Residencies to Global Stages
Alex Malagoli’s journey in electronic music is one of passion, dedication, and continuous evolution. Beginning his career as a DJ in 1990, Alex quickly found himself immersed in the thriving electronic music scene. In 1994, he secured a residency at Le Privé, a prestigious French club where he performed for a decade alongside legends such as Carl Cox, Jeff Mills, David Guetta, and Daft Punk. During this time, Le Privé earned recognition as the best club in France by Trax Magazine on three occasions and ranked among Europe’s top 10 clubs.
In 1998, Alex expanded his repertoire by transitioning to music production. As the founder and leader of Superball, he achieved international acclaim with hits like “G.B.I.,” “Music Is Pumping,” and “Sexy Guitare.” That same year, he relocated to Cannes, where he became the resident DJ at Le Baôli and earned the honor of being the official DJ for the Cannes Film Festival in 2000.
Alex’s career has been marked by unforgettable experiences, including encounters with Daft Punk before their iconic helmets became their signature. For Alex, the goal is clear: to connect with audiences through music, spreading positivity, love, and light at every performance.
